The Universal octopaque is a world class pediatric immobilization solution that takes into consideration the comfort of the young patient undergoing x-rays, arteriography, or MRI, Nuclear medicine imaging examinations. 

Carefully selected wooden board is verified radio translucent

• On one octagon, stable positions every 45 degrees support(s), ISOCENTRIC rotation and stability in all positions
• Adapted head cushions, Velcro® straps and Velcro® blankets for fast immobilization
• Recommended in procedures for: Chest, Abdomen, Pyelography and cystography, Upper gastrointestinal series, colon, and any imaging exam that needs to be performed without tedious loss of time.
• Also good for CT scans, MR & Nuclear Medicine examinations
• Weight limit on the Regular Board is 35 lbs

• The PA-05 Complete Set includes: 1 Board, 2 octagons and 2 supports, two "U" cushions (1 large and 1 small), one "L" Cushion, 2 Blankets (1 large and 1 small), head and arm straps.

• The MiniPaque #PA-04 is recommended for skull and sinuses and functions as a craniograph

OPTIONAL NEW Octoroll Motor Unit (#UM-02) is now available. The Radiologist remains protected from radiation, yet just fingertip away from the patient while Technologists or other Healthcare professionals assist from a safe distance. The unit is totally wireless since it is battery operated and controlled by radio signals. The battery charge is sufficient for an average day's work, which may even continue while recharging. 

Stops are instantaneous and a brake keeps the baby perfectly still during exposures. Light and compact and can be put away on a shelf under continous charge for immediate use anytime. Adapts instantly to any Octopaque unit.
