Leg Length Discrepancy EVA Blocks provide a convenient and practical method for assessing and testing patients with leg length discrepancy. This ortho kit contains 5 ETA (ethyl vinyl acetate) blocks.
- White 1/8" = 3mm = .3cm
- Brown 1/4" = 6mm = .6cm
- Blue 3/8" = 9mm = .9cm
- Red 1/2" = 12mm = 1.2cm
- Black 3/4" = 18mm = 1.8cm
The appropriate size block is placed under the foot of the shorter leg to achieve proper positioning of the pelvis during leg, spine, or pelvis x-rays in a standing position. These blocks can also be used to determine the proper size "shoe lift".
