Welcome Aboard Dave

We are happy to formally announce that we have a new addition to the Z&Z Medical Team. Dave Knapp will be our Sales Representative for the state of Iowa as Brian Carr transitions into retirement next month. 

Born and raised in the Cedar Valley, Dave Knapp married his wife, Jennie, in 2008, and they have four children: Sawyer, 9; Cooper, 8; Evelyn, 5; and Benjamin, 3.

After an early career in restaurant management, he transitioned to a sales and marketing role at a local IT company. Shortly thereafter, he founded his own marketing firm, Knapp Media. After several years of running his own business, Dave was approached by one of his clients, a portable traffic signal manufacturer, to become their head of sales and marketing. He served in this role from 2016 to 2023.

Following a diagnosis of type 2 diabetes in 2021, Dave grew passionate about sharing his personal journey and has since become a micro-influencer on social media platforms such as TikTok and YouTube. Through this venture, he has cultivated relationships with well-known and renowned doctors nationwide. In pursuit of a career that better aligns with his personal goals and to leverage his newfound professional relationships, Dave has accepted a sales position at Z & Z Medical—a company he admired years ago while working with us on some various marketing projects through Knapp Media.

We are excited to have Dave on board and look forward to all the fresh ideas that he will bring to the table as he takes care of the Iowa Territory.
